Oops, I've just discovered that "inpatient" means something completely
different then the Italian "impaziente"...

I was meaning, "If you can not wait, or want ..."

The word you were looking for was impatient. Many people do
pronounce it a bit more like inpatient, but impatient is the
correct pronounciation.

Fortunately, your original version was fully understandable,
as it looked to be a simple typo.
