For BTS spam, if it's been removed from the bug log already, there's no real need to report it. That almost always means Blars (or less often, myself) have looked at the spam comming through and added rules to deal with it (which now get added to the lists set of rules too.) For adjustment of the list archives, you'll have to click on the button in the list archives.
