Dear list, I am ready to upload mdadm 2.6.3-1, but when I installed it on my home machine just before I left to Ireland, it failed to boot. I am almost sure that this was due to #441211, but I can't be sure. Unfortunately, I also had to remove my vmware setup from the laptop due to lack of space, so I have no testing environment.
If any of you are in the position to test mdadm 2.6.3-1, please do and report back. Does it boot systems with root on RAID? Does it boot other RAID systems? Does it affect systems without RAID? It *should* really just work, but I am sure you understand that I don't simply want to upload.
