I can understand that there may be legal reasons why such a piece of
software is not able to be made available. I cannot understand what
place complaints about extra work belong in the discussion. It is not
as if I am just complaining about software "I want". I could care less
if there is a scsiaddgui package personally, I do not even own a scsi
device. It would be a useful tool for many other people.
I trying to assist with providing a higher level of functionality to
many people who want or need to use an alternative window manager I
highly suggest someone actually install Debian and then install one of
these other window managers such as IceWM and take a look at what you
have to use for your daily needs. You are then required to install
another 10 - 30 packages or so manually, unless you are the type of
user who wants to do everything with Vi.
