I think it's reasonable that if the package short description matches a search for "OpenSSH", someone who knows OpenSSH should be able to work out what the package does. Also, the long description should describe what the package *does*, not the possible computer environments where what it does may be useful. My guess is that pssh runs multiple ssh commands in parallel to multiple machines and collects the output in a reasonable fashion.
