Not sure whether it matters anyhow, but if you live in Germany and have fear of such clauses, you'd rather buy your stuff nowhere except the local grocery or supermarket. "Gerichtsstand ist $place_where_the_selling_company_is_registered" is a very common clause in written german selling or service contracts, not only but in particular if you buy online.
