Some poiking about in apt's Packages list as described by sean will do the trick, although there is also a 'Priority: important' level, which I assume is installed by default along with required packages. If the user opts to activate any 'tasks' during installation then even more packages will be installed. See '/usr/share/tasksel/debian- tasks.desc' for the list of tasks, and '/usr/share/doc/tasksel/README.gz' to see how to interpret the contents of the debian-tasks.desc file. -- Sam Morris http://robots.org.uk/ PGP key id 1024D/5EA01078 3412 EA18 1277 354B 991B C869 B219 7FDB 5EA0 1078 -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
