Hi all, Please have a look at this bug report: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=407872 Pychess freezes during a game and the problem seems to be with pyGTK and the threading library in kernel 2.6. I have not yet tried it with kernel 2.4. I just wanted to know if this is a known issue and is there is any fix for this. export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.1 doesn't seem to work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Varun
