You could rip some examples from http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/debburn/cdrkit/trunk/Makefile?op=file&rev=0&sc=0 Note that this is for an out-of-source build, in the "build" directory. I don't know your package but you maybe could just throw this Makefile into your directory and use it as-is... Maybe with reenabling the wrapper rule (see below). Or just applying those cmake commands in debian/rules. AFAIK --host and --build are autoconfisms, do you really need them?
