Hi all, It happens because it is the default behaviour when you : - Request the creation of a mailing list on Alioth, - Change the maintainer field to the new list. Un-moderating is not enough, if you want to get some automated mails from the building system, there us other antispam filter to inhibit. I posted a short summary of what to do last month: http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2006/08/msg00873.html It is really unfortunate that the regulation of moderation is hidden under a "privacy" menu in Mailman. Maybe the most straightforward mean to slove this in the future would be to make the new lists unmoderated by default?
