This would be good. Where should this feature request be filed?

One thing, when etc/mailcap entry reads:

   application/msexcel; oocalc '%s'; edit=oocalc '%s

What happens then 'oocalc' is not available? How is
the error handling done, so that e.g. 'xmessage' is
displayed under Window mamager to notify the user?
