Here I was, as a user, happy to read the announcement that the real thing was going into non-free. Then this. Brilliant. This is a stuff-up of Kovco[1] proportions. How can Sun consider a license with those sort of provisions fair? How can the JDK get into the archive before anyone picking up on this?
