Easy enough: if you receive a confirmation request identifying the message far enough for you to decide that it was spam with your email address as sender address forged in, confirm it. Else, delete it or forward it to the abuse desk of where it came from (much good that that will do...) For some time, I received several dozens of confirmation requests because my email address was used as sender of some spam.
