(Sorry for the late reply) It allows you to create your own keyboard mappings. >From the Tavultesoft page It (Keyman) is particularly useful for languages and scripts (such as Lao, Amharic, IPA or Tibetan) which need more complex input mapping than simple letter-for-key substitutions, since it can recognise which characters have already been entered, and change them if necessary or use them to control the output for the current keystroke.
