Hello. Is there any variable similar to ${Source-Version} which would allow me to use version of the upstream sources in control file?
I have packages where program and data are distributed separately and usually there are no need to change data package, but using: Depends: foo-data (= ${Source-Version}) leads to the situation when I have to bump version of the -data package. Would be great to have ${Upstream-Version} for such purposes. Is there something like that I'm not aware of? I couldn't find anything like that in `man dpkg-gencontrol`. regards fEnIo -- ,''`.
