Your -dev package names seem to be crossed, relative to the corresponding lib packages. I think you really wanted to say - libcurl3-dev (GnuTLS, depends: libgnutls-dev) - libcurl3-openssl-dev (OpenSSL, depends: libssl-dev) ?
