So to sum it up: As any change related to a new "multimedia" section instead of the current "graphics" and "sound" sections would only be a half-hearted one, debtags is possibly getting implemented into Etch together with support in user tools like Aptitude and Synaptic? (Apart from the database issue with an incomplete dataset.)
