As said in other mails, unknown are the versions predating arch
reporting, which means woody basically.

That means there are no hurd, bsd, ppc64 and amd64 in there.

Another thing is that for example many arm users have battery powered
devices and don't run popcon to save batery power. Other archs have
similar concerns.
