Would it be acceptable to add: forwarded XXXXXX http://bugs.debian.org/YYYYYY (where YYYYYY is the new BTS id for -1)? OR (easier; can be done in the one message) tag -1 upstream Otherwise, there is no way to filter out this bug report in BTS listings.
