That's a bit odd, actually, since they're meant to be updated whenever the bugs are entered into the system rather than from cron, but that's been a bit flakey ever since it was implemented so it's no real cause for concern. Adam Heath is a local admin for the machine hosting bugs.debian.org as well as a maintainer of the BTS and might have time to look into it before accounts reopen, but if not, it'll be fixed then. As long as the bugs themselves are displaying fine (bugreport.cgi / http://bugs.debian.org/nnnnnn), no information is being lost, and the indices can be easily recreated.
