The howto won't be packaged and this ITP should be closed, because it's already packaged. _BUT_ your failure to understand the howto is no excuse to criticise it. A great effort has been made to document that features of linux. We have made the howto mostly reading the sourcecode and experimenting. So it won't be that difficult since we did it all once without having any documentation. If you are suggesting that it should better be named a guide, that's other thing. I would reformat your criticisms as "Is too good to be a Howto". So if you feel like making an easier document, go ahead; but you will need to understand some networking concepts explained there first. Next time, be more positive. Thanks.
