Hi, An ITP[1] on thunderbird[2] was originally submitted to the BTA back in June. Since then, for various reasons, no package has been uploaded, and someone other then the original submitter of the ITP has committed to uploading a package. However, nothing has happened for nearly a month now, and the ping I sent just over a week ago has gone unanswered.
So, my question is, how long should an ITP be allowed to just sit there before someone else (in this case myself or anyone else who would be interested) can go ahead and "hijack" it? I couldn't seem to find any relevant information regarding this in the developers reference, the policy manual or on google.
