What would the requirements for such a tool be? It needs to be able to support the following user tasks: - record that you are working on a new package - record that you are taking over a package - record that you are orphaning a package - record that you want somebody to take over a package - record conversations regarding taking over a package - being able to modify and drop this information if somebody loses interest in a package Wanted interfaces: - web - email - command line - corba?
