    # chown root:mail /usr/bin/mutt_dotlock
    # chmod 2755 /usr/bin/mutt_dotlock
                                      
    $ ls -l /usr/bin/mutt_dotlock     
    -rwxr-sr-x    1 root     mail     /usr/bin/mutt_dotlock
