I thought the "Replaces:" implied the removal of the package before
installation?
It should not be possible to reinstall ppp if isp-ppp is installed without
it being automatically removed (as per the "Replaces:" in isp-ppp). This
might be an issue for dpkg.
I wonder why I dont get these bug reports except through the webpages on
debian.org?
