Package: groff Version: 1.09-11 GNU troff 1.10 has been out since November 1995. 1.09 is relatively ancient. Version 1.10 fixes some very significant bugs, adds a LaserJet output device, and more.
Also, the description incorrectly reads "GNU RunOFF". It's GNU troff. Runoff is an early precursor to troff.
