Is there any apt-able server out there that is accessible with a better bandwidth than ftp.debian.org (currently 468 bytes/sec) but still is up-to-date?
ftp.debian.org has been very flaky for me for weeks. And neither ftp.de.debian.org nor source.rfc822.org are up-to-date.
