There were several notices a week or two back that uploads to ftp.debian.org should be suspended. Bruce opened up an Incoming directory on pixar as an alternative. I uploaded a number of packages to pixar. I guess that Incoming for uploads must now be ftp.debian.org again, even though I've seen no announcement to that effect.
