Information from any ELF package you in the development tree should
override the 0.93R6 stuff, but I see that ppp-2.2-2 is still in
Incoming.

Right. If they don't plan to release a new package straight away they
should mail Ian M. or myself so we can update the override file;
otherwise things will get fixed when things come out of Incoming.
