* loader/main.c, Makefile, loader/Makefile:
+ Add Debian version and MODE to the version line printed by arcload at
startup, in a way that makes it possible to identify the arcload binary
version and mode using strings | grep Debian.
* Makefile:
+ Do not build wreckoff during the M64 build.
* debian/rules:
+ Do not install the 32bit ELF arcload, it's not used.
+ Set MODE=M32 when cleaning up.
+ Install /usr/sbin/arcload.
* debian/arcload.sh, debian/arcload.8:
+ Add an install script for arcload.
* debian/control:
+ Build-Depends on gcc >= 4:4.2.1-6.
