Note, I am mostly curious about the features of XDG, not really esound. If I recall correctly, desktop-profiles took desktop setup desicions based on environment variables set during login. I guess it can also be done using a Xsession.d script, if XDG do not have that feature. -- Happy hacking Petter Reinholdtsen
