I sent an email containing additional information this morning to

check what went wrong?
I checked the mail log, and it appears you sent the mail from an
address of mail@<your domain>. That matches procmail's FROM_DAEMON
regular expression, so the BTS's mail processing code will have filed
it elsewhere, rather than handing it to the bug processing.
I was bitten by the same issue again today, trying to close bugs via
using my private (i.e. non debian.org) email, matching mail@<mydomain>.
Those emails apparently got dropped somewhere along the way and never
made it to their target.
Any chance this can be permanently fixed? I believe my mail address is
perfectly valid.
Cheers,
Bastian
