Apparently it's /srv/bugs.debian.org/versions/indices/binsrc.idx, and it's identical. However, I don't think that the problem is specific to UDD. The problem arises with bug 151017, and http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=151017 returns an Internal Server Error. Maybe some corrupted data on bugs.d.o's side?
