Hi all,
here's my understanding of the state of our "Fix duplicate section
numbering" discussion: There are two A.1 sections in the current
constitution, the proposed solution is to renumber the first to A.0.
Ian wrote a full GR proposal in

our git repository and I've attached it to this mail) which addresses
this.
