Dear Cloud team,

I am maintaining the package storm-lang in Debian. I recently read some
discussions about PAC on debian-devel, and realized that enabling PAC
there will break the JIT compiler in subtle ways. I have since devised
a patch that likely solves the issue, but I do not have access to any
ARM machines that support PAC and I can therefore not test whether the
patch is correct.

To get input, I reached out to the debian-arm list, and Arthur
Petitpierre suggested using Graviton3 or Graviton4 instances through
AWS since they support PAC. Arthur recommended me to reach out to you
since you could hopefully help get access to such machines via
credits provided via Amazon's open source program (or similar). Is
this something that is possible for me as a DM to use? If so, what
would be the best way forward?

I should mention that this is not an urgent issue. For the time being
I have disabled PAC in the storm-lang package, which solves the issues,
even if other packages in the system use PAC. Therefore, this does not
have to be fixed before the freeze (I would like to test my patches
more thoroughly than that anyway). Also, I am open to other suggestions
if there are better options.

Thank you for your advice and help,

Regards
Filip Strömbäck
