As Debian 10 is end-of-life and no longer receiving updates, I have restricted the listings on the AWS Marketplace. If you're an AWS user and already subscribed to these products in the Marketplace, then you can continue to use them. If you are using AWS but not yet subscribed to these products, then they won't be available to you. You should instead choose one of the supported releases, Debian 11 or 12.
