Skype for Linux 近期好像用不了国内卡了

　　以前只需要在号码前加前缀即可拨打，比如

+990086680XX + 0 + 手机号
+990086680XX + 长途电话

　　其中的“XX”基本上可以是任意的两位数字，比如 33 等。


　　可近期好像接通总是失败，如果我转换到 Windows, 使用 Tom.com 提供的版
本，就可以拨打。究竟是接入前缀变了呢，还是 Tom.com 彻底地停止了国际版的
接入号？
