To determine which mirror site is best for me
(a) check the primary mirror sites here
http://www.debian.org/mirror/list
(b) select some one I think might be good for me
(a) install the netselect which is a tool for testing speed by # apt-get
install netselect
(b) test the sites we choose # netselect ftp.debian.org
http.us.debian.org ftp.hk.debian.org ftp.tw.debian.org
(c) then the output tell us which one is best for me
(d) for our chinese, it's usually the hk one, according to my test, I
use ADSL(shanghai)
