关于Fermi翻译的问题，希望您在开始翻译之前跟大家打声招呼，大家也帮你确认
一下sgml的细节以及一些翻译工具的用法。以免重复劳动。

由 Tetralet 翻译好并提交到了官方 [2]，我就把繁体中文版拿来，用 iconv 转

Release notes 是由 sarge 升级到 etch 一定要看的重要文档，所以把简体中文
版做出来，方便不喜欢读英文或繁体中文的朋友。另外也便于更多人校对，发现问
题可以直接回报到这个列表来 (不过由于是直接繁简转换的，很多术语一定还是台
湾的译法，这方面就不要挑剔了)。
