Problem when run vim as normal user

Hello everyone,
        
        我的系统是debian sid，在以普通用户的身份运行vi命令的时候总会出现下面的提示
(root没这个问题)：

处理 /usr/share/vim/vimrc 时发生错误:
行   56:
E91: 'E71: 选项 'shell' 未设定
E484: Can't open file /tmp/v562938/0
请按 ENTER 或其它命令请按 ENTER 或其它命令继续

        按下enter之后还是可以正常编辑文档。不过总这样感觉很不舒服，有什么办法可以
解决吗？

        VIM version:6.2.214
