I have install kde-i18n-zh_TW, but after the language is set to chinese, i cannot use xcin to input chinese in kde environment. Even i have open the xa. The version of xcin is 2.5.2, i can only input chinese in rxvt, so that i cannot use koffice to write some chinese letter.
I want to ask how to set up the xcin and kde so that chinese can be input. Beside, i have download the koffice-i18n-zh_TW.tar.bz2, but i do not know how to install it, can anyone tell me?
