Hi. Same goes for the weekly builds.
Seeing that error (installation fails with choosing language) with https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/weekly-builds/amd64/iso-cd/ last weeks 'debian-testing-amd64-netinst.iso' and now also with 'debian-testing-amd64-netinst.iso 2019-12-16 05:46 341M'. Hoping for a fix soon. br Karl
