actually it's avoidpackages.txt (generated via blends-dev at build time, afaict). see the 'wanted-list' and 'unwanted-list' scripts in the CD-administrator directory. IIRC packages listed as Ignore: in src:debian-edu/tasks files are only added to the image if 'export COMPLETE=1' is contained in CONF.sh (last time for the squeeze dvd image). > we need to get this 22gb image down in size...
