Hi Shirish, I've added reportbug to the task list "forcd1", which is the list of packages that are added for all media types larger than the netinst. I know you've asked for the netinst too, but I really don't think it fits there sensibly. The netinst is meant to give *directly* only a minimal system with sufficient tools to get a system installed and running. Anything more than that depends on having network connectivity - the clue is in the name! If anybody is really stuck for network connectivity at installation time, they should be using a better (i.e. more complete) installation medium. I've applied this change in git, so all our stretch builds will pick up on it immediately.
