The README.html on CD1 of sarge contains this:

a.. You should keep in mind that this is an unofficial CD of the current development version of the Debian system. This means that all sorts of bugs may be present anywhere in the system. I strongly suggest removing this for the point release, as it may cause a lot of confusion for new users, maybe even prevent some from installing sarge at all.
