There is an error in mirror list of official CD images mirror. Proxad mirror should be : ftp://ftp.proxad.net/mirrors/cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/ instead of : ftp://ftp.proxad.net/mirrors/debian-cd.debian.org/debian-cd/
Unofficial CD mirror is being added there : ftp://ftp.proxad.net/mirrors/ftp.fsn.hu/debian-unofficial/
