Unfortunately, the version in experimental causes the i386 package
to get rejected:
Rejected: libmimelib-dev_2.2.2-14.6_i386.deb: old version (2.2-cvs20010503-1)
in experimental <= new version (4:2.2.2-14.6) targeted at proposed-updates.
Rejected: libmimelib1_2.2.2-14.6_i386.deb: old version (2.2-cvs20010503-1) in
