That might explain it, when I build DVD images, I used 4600000000 bytes as a limit - this fixes quite good on DVD[-+]R[W]. But obviously not on a DVD-RAM. Perhaps this is something that should be changed - but as I am not the person who builds these images I hope this will be read. By the way: how did you measure exacty the size?
