I am sorry for I report this bug for you. I thoght it may not be problem with jigdo itself, because fgfs-base entry line is not in i386's jigdo.unpack file. But, I didn't know where I should report this bug, because there are many debian mailing lists. I hope jigdo check md5sum with iso's md5sum.txt if it has md5sum.txt file in top directory, because debian ver 3.0r1 iso images have md5sum error in README.non-US file.
