Hello Nelson, I'm not sure about the source of the problem - you are the first person to report something like that. What version of jigdo-lite are you using, and on what kernel?

As long as there are .debs with wrong md5sums, the .iso.tmp will never be finished; if you burn the .iso.tmp file instead of a final .iso file to CD-R, then the installation will break in weird and wonderful ways.
